When I use the Place Named Boundary command, I am missing some of the civil tool icons. How can I fix this?
In support, we found that a clean uninstall/reinstall resolved the issue.
To do so, please follow this guide Uninstall Process for OpenRoads Designer but for step 2 users might need to make some adjustments depending of the version number of the software you're using. For instance, if you're using the 10.10 version the Program Files and Program Data folders to remove would look as follows.
C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.10C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.10C:\Users\USER.NAME\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesignerC:\Users\USER.NAME\AppData\Local\Bentley\SUDAC:\Users\USER.NAME\AppData\Local\Bentley\SUEC:\Users\USER.NAME\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesignerC:\Users\USER.NAME\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\SUDAC:\Users\USER.NAME\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\SUEC:\Users\USER.NAME\AppData\Roaming\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner
If you were using 10.11 or 10.12, please look for the folders with this naming convention and delete them instead.
C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.11C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.11
or
C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.12C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.12
