PI elevations annotated in a profile named boundary drawing model are shown 0.01' different from the actual elevations in the profile. For example, a PI elevation that is supposed to be 2607.00 is annotated as 2606.99. The physical location of the PI is shown correctly, but the text is incorrect. When I change the precision of the elevation to 3 digits, it looks to be 0.006' off.
Please, see the video. The problem may be due to the difference in units between the file and the text favorite. Please, check 'Master Units' for your text favorite in .dgnlib. In the following example, Master Units have been set to 'US Survey Feet' instead of 'Use Active Settings'. At the same time .dgn's and .dgnlib's file units were 'Feet' (not 'US Survey Feet'). This was causing this difference.
