Question:

How do I set the closed-shape component that is filled in my Template?

Solution:

Within the template, identify the Style of your component.  Edit the Line style to Fill, via Style Manger>Surface Feature Symbology>Edit Cross Sections Line.  Be sure to select Apply after making your changes.
