Some of the selected points are not displayed when using the Points to Profile command.
The most likely causes for this problem are as follows:
The level the symbol is placed on has been turned off. Ensure that all levels are turned on.
This command projects cogo points onto a profile window that is owned by a specified horizontal alignment. In order for the points to be displayed in the profiles, the station and elevation of the point(s) must fall within the bounds of the profile.
The Point Symbology that is associated with the Cogo Point must be set up correctly so that the points are displayed. To double-check this:
Note the style that is currently associated with the Cogo Point. You can find this in the Points to Profile dialog box:
Go to Tools > Style Manager and locate the style that is assigned to the Cogo Points. Highlight that style and select Edit.
Navigate to the folder Edit Style > Geometry Feature > Points > Symbology. Under the Symbology on the right, select Edit.
On the Edit Named Symbology dialog, highlight "Profile Point" and select Edit. Ensure that either a Symbol or a Cell is toggled on.
