    Error or Warning Message

    Unable to load/create dialog item of type 'IconCmd', id = ...

    Explanation

    On startup of MXROAD v8i a Message Dialog will appear listing problems with loading/creating dialog items of type 'IconCmd' as shown in the screen shot below.

    How to Solve

    This message relates to items in the Task Panel. The steps below detail the process to resolve the issue with the Task Panel. 

    1. Undock the Task Panel so it is in a floating window.

    2. Shutdown MXROAD v8i .

    3. Restart MXROAD v8i and the messages should no longer appear.

    4. Redock the Task Panel in the desired location.
