The following video will demonstrate the use of the command Generate Inferred Breaklines to resolve issues with jagged contours.
This workflow resolves the typical issue where contours are provided in a DGN from an external source, then after importing the graphics into InRoads, the contours from the Surface>View Surface>Contours command do not match the original graphics.
