&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:150%;"&gt;Solution:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Try the following steps to resolve your issue:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure that you are launching the specific product for which you are licensed.&amp;nbsp; For example, you may be attempting to launch InRoads Suite when you only are licensed for InRoads Site.&amp;nbsp; To do this, go to the Windows start menu and select &lt;strong&gt;Start &amp;gt; All Programs &amp;gt; Bentley &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;InRoads Group v8i SELECTseries&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Bentley License Tool&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Locate the product you are attempting to activate and make sure you have an available license.&amp;nbsp; If not, check with your site adminstrator or account manager&amp;nbsp;regarding licensing.&amp;nbsp; You may need to step through the Product Activation Wizard to check the license server and Activation Key to make sure they are input correctly for activating the licenses.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;img alt=" " border="0" src="/resized-image.ashx/__size/550x0/__key/CommunityServer-Wikis-Components-Files/00-00-00-00-52/4237.Capture.PNG" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h1&gt;Problem:&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have a licensed copy of InRoads, however I am unable to activate it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h1&gt;Solution:&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Try the following steps to resolve your issue:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Check with your site adminstrator or account manager&amp;nbsp;to ensure that you are launching the specific product for which you are licensed.&amp;nbsp; For example, you may be attempting to launch InRoads Suite when you only are licensed for InRoads Site.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Go to the Windows start menu and select &lt;strong&gt;Start &amp;gt; All Programs &amp;gt; Bentley &amp;gt; [Product Name] (example, InRoads Group v8i SELECTseries 2) &amp;gt; Bentley License Tool&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; On the Activation Status tab highlight the product you wish to activate and select &lt;strong&gt;Activate&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;On the License Checkout tab of the Bentley License Tool, locate the product you are unable to activate.&amp;nbsp; Highlight the product and click &lt;strong&gt;CheckOut&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Enter your email address and select &lt;strong&gt;OK&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; You should get a Results box with the status as &amp;quot;Success&amp;quot;.&amp;nbsp; Select &lt;strong&gt;Close&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Again on the License Checkout tab, highlight the checked out product in the bottom pane.&amp;nbsp; Select &lt;strong&gt;CheckIn&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In the License Management Tool, select &lt;strong&gt;Tools &amp;gt; Send Log Now&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Relaunch the product to test if the activation was successful.&lt;/li&gt;
