Question:

User is launching a product (such as InRoads Site), however license usage is reporting that (s)he is using additional products (such as Survey or Bridge).

Answer:

The most likely explanation, and the first thing  to check, is Product Add-ins.

1. Launch the product for which you are licensed (InRoads Site in this example).
2. In the InRoads Explorer, select Tools > Product Add-Ins.
3. In Product Add-Ins, make sure that all available product add-ins are toggled off.  Also make sure that “Persist Product Add-Ins on Exit” is toggled off.
