The MX Output window is not displaying on the screen and the toggle isn't working to re-display it.
The reason for this can be due to an issue with the configuration file that controls the MX Output window position and the position of the toolbars.
A reset of MX should reset the output window back to the default position; unfortunately this has a knock on effect that the toolbars also return to the default position also. The process for the reset of MX is below.
Shut down MX and go to Start Menu and select All Programs>Bentley>MX v8i and click the link for MX Options.
On the panel that shows up select the Reset Configuration button in the bottom left and close the panel. Restart MX and the output window should be back at the default position.
