The process for the reset of MX is below.</p> <p>Shut down MX and go to Start Menu and select All Programs&gt;Bentley&gt;MX v8i and click the link for MX Options.</p> <p><img border="0" alt="" src="/resized-image.ashx/__size/550x0/__key/CommunityServer-Wikis-Components-Files/00-00-00-00-52/6175.mx-properties.png" /></p> <p>On the panel that shows up select the Reset Configuration button in the bottom left and close the panel.
