1. Log in to the Bentley Fulfillment Center here:  https://select.bentley.com/FulfillmentCenter

Note: Users can also access the Fulfillment Center via the Bentley.com website, though the Support => Software Downloads area.

2.  In the search toolbar, type all or part of “SITEOPS Desktop Launcher” Note: You might need to Clear All previous search criteria to see all SITEOPS products.

3.  Click the magnifying glass, search icon

4. Click All Downloads

5. Click the green download button for the 32-bit SITEOPS Launcher. This will download the installer. NOTE: This is used for both 32 and 64 bit platforms as the Java version dictates which architecture the Basemap Editor will run once it is launched (for 64-bit platforms, be certain to install the 64-bit Java version)
