SITEOPS is now ELS eligible


In order to move your current SITEOPS Connect Edition license, please follow these steps:

1. The IT department will need to download “SITEOPS Enterprise” from the Bentley fulfillment center. 
2. All current SITEOPS users within the organization will need to be identified and the Enterprise version will need to be deployed to each SITEOPS users’ machine.  Both versions (SITEOPS Connect Edition and SITEOPS Enterprise) need to be installed on the machine until the transition is completed. 
3. After both versions are on the machine, IT needs to contact support@siteops.com and arrange a transition date to the Enterprise version.

All SITEOPS users in the organization will need to be notified that they now have two versions on their machine. Until the transition is complete, the users will need to use only the SITEOPS Connect Edition.  Once the transition is complete, users should only use SITEOPS Enterprise.  They should no longer use SITEOPS Connect Edition, and IT should remove this version from the users’ machine.
