Select a Parcel Area(1), then click the Parcel Template Edit button(2), in the Properties Manager tab. This will open the Parcel Template Database Interface.

The Parcel Template Database Interface is comprised of three areas: the Template Manager (Saved Templates) (1), Parcel Layout settings (2), and Parcel Grading settings (3).
