The Building Layout Settings control the two-dimensional design of the building and setback elements associate with each parcel.

Building Width: The width of the building pad measured along the width of the parcel.

Building Depth: The depth of the building pad measured along the depth of a parcel.

Setback Front: The minimum distance that structures can be positioned from the front of a parcel.

Setback Sides: The minimum distance from the parcel side which structures can be positioned. This is the same for both sides of the parcel. If users would like to have different values we would recommend halving the value between the two parcels.

Setback Back: The minimum distance that structures can be positioned from the back of a parcel.

Has Building: Specifies if parcels are drawn with or without building pads. Building pads can affect the parcel layout and unchecking this box will draw parcels differently. Note: When Has Building is unchecked, the Min Pad Limit Slope and Max Pad Limit Slope will be added to the Parcel Grading Settings and the Min Back Yard Slope, Max Back Yard Slope, and Back Yard Depth settings will be removed.

 

Pad Limit Width (without building): The width of the pad measured along the width of the parcel.

Pad Limit Depth (without building): The depth of the pad measured along the depth of a parcel
