With the entire Vehicle Path selected, open the Properties Panel and select the Edit button. This will open the Vehicle Interface dialog box where Vehicle Templates can be created, saved, loaded, and deleted.

Select the desired template, or create your own, then click the Apply button to apply the template to the vehicle path.
