Background
ProStructures saves the last dialog position if closed by ok button.
Changing the the use of screens (size, count) can lead to the problem, that dialogs are shown outside
of the visible screen.
Steps to Accomplish
PST_Dialogposition_reset resets all dialog positions so that all dialogs will be shown at standard position.
