Problem
When you create a repository from a RAM model there can be point reactions being exported that have a value of zero.
See the attached screenshot of the ISM Editor.
When you import that repository into Revit, ISM finishes but then there is an error when the model is finished regenerating. (Point Load can’t have all force components and moment components to be zero.) Your only option is to cancel without creating a model.

Workaround
If you open the repository in the ISM Editor and delete the point loads equal to zero and update the repository it will import into Revit without errors.

After you delete the point reactions equal to zero the repository will import into Revit.
