How can I see the bearing pressure plots and stress plots for my mat foundation ?

 

You need to go to Output View Options within Mat analysis/design options ( inside the Main Navigator) and then from inside the data Input pane ( right ), select the Show Soil Pressure option for plotting the bearing pressure. For displaying streses, select the radio button Show Plate Stress and choose the appropriate stress type from the combo box as marked in the picture below
