What is this sisIMS mean?
sisIMS is the sisNET Internet Map Service to publish sisNET-data over the Internet. With it's client component you also can view WMS services.
I am interested to know what is this internet map service publisher all about. Is there any sample views or any videos regarding this application? maybe this is what I am looking for to publish my gis data to the internet.
Thank you for your interest about sisIMS. Bentley sisIMS Internet Map Server is an internet map publisher specifically developed for the Bentley sisNET product suite. So if you are runing a sisNET project you easily can publish this data via sisIMS on the Internet. Are you already a sisNET user with a sisNET project that has to be published via the internet?
I have installed sisNET but it is not in the English version. The installed app is part of OUD installation but not working, I don't
have an idea on how to make this work.
It is not sufficient just to install the sisNET software. A sisNET project is a complex matter consisting of an Oracle installation with sisNET data and user administration, depending on the data to be processed. Previous knowledge of the data structure and basic training are required to successfully set up a project. For further planning, please contact your AccountManager.
