Workflow Manager is throw error "GIS is not running... "

Hello all

when I try to change state of Work Request from In Construction to Complete Workflow Manager is give me this error:

I tried to run GIS but without success.

Any ideas why it's given this error?

Hi Nikolay,
Certain workflow actions can be configured to perform actions on the features in the design. In the out of the box workflow, Completion is configured like this, to move proposed features to in-service, etc.. To do this, Workflow Manager needs OpenUtilities to be open. Is this what you tried when you said that you tried to run GIS?

I open OpenUtilities and then I try to Completion in workflow.

Hi Nikolay,
Do you have Design Assistant open, or just OpenUtilities? If Design Assistant is open, you cannot perform a Mark Complete from Workflow Manager.
