We have currently swapped over to OpenUtilities from Substation V8i.
In V8i I would refence my 3D Model into the sheet space of my new construction drawing. Here I would insert the balloons.
I have tried to follow this same process in OpenUlities but it will not let me insert the balloons. It states that the object is read only.
In order for me to use the 'Insert balloon tool' I have to first activate my reference???? but in do this it is placing the balloons in my 3D Model space??? Has anyone found another way to make this tool work in the sheet space of their construction drawings?
Hello Amanda, You raise SR 7001031779 for this concern. Can you please confirm steps that you are following? I tried to recreate this concern and found out its bug in the software connect version .Please confirm .Regards,

Can you please try using the command "place labels".as shown in the below snapshot.
in tag prefix, you can enter the label or number to represent on construction drawing and also you can generate the report which you can place it on the existing construction page by the command "output BOM"
