How can I subscribe to use OpenUtilities Substation Design Software or request for a software quotation because I've already try to contact the official Bentley website through the "Contact Us" platform but there is no response. I have wait for almost one month already. Thank you.

My company is a Electric Utility company, Electricity of Cambodia. We actually interested in the software and wanted to know more about it. We wanted to know who to contact since the main website is not responding and how much the software cost. Currently, I do not own a bentley account ID yet. Thank you.
