READ FIRST: Forum best practices

• When posting a question or discussion topic on the forum, please include the name of the product you are asking about
  
  • Promis.e
  • Bentley Substation
  • Bentley Raceway and Cable Management, or abbreviated as BRCM
  • Instrumentation and Wiring, or abbreviated as I&W
  
  and the product's xx.xx.xx.xxx version number, such as 08.11.13.140 or 10.01.00.23. The version number is typically found in a Help > About menu within the software.

  To eliminate the need to remember to do this, and eliminate additional questions when you forget, you can add this information to your Bentley Communities signature. To create or modify your signature, sign in then click your avatar in the upper right and select Settings.

• Before posting in the forum, please use the Search box to see if your question has already been asked or if there is an article that addresses it.
• If you find a forum thread or wiki article and the answer provided there works for you too, click the This Helped Me link on the answer post or article.
• If you know the answer to someone else's question or issue on the forum, feel free to answer!
