How can I turn off the Advanced Routing on SS7?

How can I turn off the Advanced Routing on SS7? The help file states I should be able to type in ADVANCEROUTING to toggle it on and off but Autocad doesn't recognize that as a command. I believe the release notes mentioned something about changing the at.ini file, I would like more details on that, if that is indeed possible.

Go to C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Plant V8i\CFG 
 
find at.ini 
 
In the at.ini file search for [Piping] Section and change the following line from 1 to 0: 
 
[PIPING] 
ADVANCEDROUTING=0 
 
Advanced Pipe Routing will now be off. 
 
You will have to do it for each computer though as it is not a network or project variable.
