Yes, we're still hoping to get it released by the end of the month (April 2016), but it may end up being soon after that.

Regarding the single product, yes this means that there are no separate editions with different feature sets for Promis.e SS8.

Regarding the price point, my understanding now is that the new price point is not specific to SS8, so there is no disincentive for upgrading, and the new pricing will not take effect for a while. So I probably did not need to bring attention to it. Please contact your Bentley account manager with any pricing-related questions.

Hi, there is still no 13.57 version in Fulfillment Center (at least it doesn't display under of any "Promis.e" sections.

You are correct. We've pulled back the release. This delay, as before, is not for any technical issue with the software, but with internal, housekeeping type stuff. I do not have an estimate for when the release will be available other than "soon".

The Date field contains the date the product was uploaded which, as you've noted, is not the release date.
