Isolate / Isolate Clear functions in Bentley Substation?

That post you mentioned seems to show custom command selections from another Bentley product, so I am not quite sure what that "Isolate" command is actually doing. Is there something specific you would like to "isolate", within your Substation projects?

I am working on substation model that has a lot of 3D elements in a very small footprint. So I guess it's not really something specific... But when I'm building the model or trying to visualize/manipulate the object(s), I typically need to be able to isolate an object (or a group of objects) very quickly. Using the isolate command in Microstation works great for this. (see attached captures from Microstation)  Highlight the objects that you want isolated, right click and choose isolate, then all of the objects not selected are hidden from view. (I believe it turns all the levels off.) Right click again and choose isolate clear to bring everything back. Instead of trying to determine what levels all of the objects are on, and then having to turn them all off, and then turn them all back on again.

Is it possible to customize Bentley Substation's right click menu to show these options?

Or maybe add a script or something to make these two commands work?
