Good Day
We have been using Bentley Substation for a month now and after successfully completing the training with Bentley we are struggling to setup customized reports in Bentley. Is there a detailed user guide available for Custom Reports and the Parts Database Manager?
Currently, our Reports are generating blank screens and on some users pcs it correctly generated the report on the first try but thereafter keeps generating the same report over and over again.
Any guidance would be welcomed.

We managed to solve the problem. The default reports in Bentely Substation were working. The problem occurred when we tried to run custom reports on designs already complete. Since the parts were already placed in the drawing, after creating the custom fields in the parts database, we needed to use the "Show Differences" button to update all parts already in the drawing. Once this was done, the custom reports worked and continue to do so.
