I believe this has already been requested as an enhancement, but I will add your name to the list. (One of the things we consider when deciding to add features to the software is how many requests for the feature we have had, or more generally, what its broader appeal might be to many users. I believe this enhancement is worth while for all users.)
For the EDC I'm not sure what you mean. The EDC report pops up and lists all the items on the screen. You can double click on any item to navigate to it and investigate it. You can close the EDC at any time. Can you explain what you mean better?
I have attached the EDC pop-up for a quick example, as you can see I have a choice of either qqq or www, but no x button on the pop-up to quit. I may have mislead you with my references to EDC, as I only ever meant the pop-up as seen in the attached image and NOT the report you may get from using;
Review/Revise>Engineering Design Consideration.
(Though thank you for mentioning the report as I have found another usefull tool :O)
What happened to me recently was when I placed a link, there was a choice of three wire tags to pick from the pop-up, as there was no quit button, I had to select one of them AND then do a "Revise/Review>Search>Wire Number" to find where their destinations were.
Thanks Matt,
Now thats what I call service ;O)
