Cannot Restore project

I cannot restore my project and the error popup as below. please help me to tackle this bug?

Hi Zakaria,

Can you confirm if you are trying to restore projects from older version of Promise (AUTOCAD based Promise) to latest version of Promis.e??.

Do you face similar issue when you try to restore OOTB projects that are supplied along with Promis.e

Its same version 11.13.57. whats is OOTB?

He means that whether you face the same errors while working with the default projects provided by Bentley.
