Reg Promise Connect Edition

I have few doubts regarding the Promise connect edition. Iam using Promise Connect Edition Update 5 - Version 10.05.00.38.

1) One of our drawing has excel file embedded in it and when taken to Connect edition, Iam unable to edit the file. Its simply looking like an image file and when i see the properties it shows embedded excel file. Help me how can i edit the embedded file.

2) How to take redline print in connect edition? Earlier we could see in promise v8i, there was a file pdf_redline.pltcfg where as in connect I could not see one. 

Please help me on these issues.
