Assigning Defect Numbers to Service Requests

Hi,

Is it possible for Bentley to assign Defect numbers to service requests if the defect gets filed?

I have many service requests in my Portal, a number of which have been set to "Open - Defect Filed", however we have no way of easily tracking the completion of the of the service requests from the new release changelog.

A seperate column in the Service Request Manager for Defect number would be really useful.
