Promis.e freezes after page change

When I change from one page to another the entire Promis.e console freezes.  The mouse pointer moves but it does not click on anything, I tried to click on every element on the page including the X at the top right of the page without effect.  The circle at the tip of the pointer is no longer there.  If I hit ctl+alt+delete and choose task manager I can regain access to promise once the task manager pops up. I can work in the page until I change pages again.  This occurred after I downloaded the trial version of Microstation.  I have since removed all of my bentley software and reinstalled Promis.e  Connect.  The issue is still there after reinstall.
