My Connection Client shows a update available for my promise connect edition.
I don't have admin rights so out IT guy has to do it. When he comes over to
my machine how does he go about downloading the update?
Hello Steve,You can follow the below Wiki Link and check if you have access to download the latest version of Promis.e CE else you need to contact your Bentley Admin to help on this issue. Once it is downloaded IT Team can use the downloaded installer file for installing with their Admin Rights.
