I am currently on a 5 day Bentley Substation Course offered by Bentley. 2 attendees of the course are having problem where we cannot select the following tools from the 3D Layout design tool bar:
Can someone offer a suggestion as to how to rectify this?
Are the affected attendees using dual monitors? If so, try moving the main Bentley Substation V8i application window to the other monitor, then restart Substation.

Thank you so much. Your suggestion worked perfectly. We switched to a single screen and the PRP and Grounding Tool worked perfectly. Furthermore, we raised this minor bug to Bentley who should resolve this anomaly in the future. Thanks again.
