Problem Description

Drawing preview windows (thumbnails) flicker or are blank in Project Manager, Insert Symbol, Insert Macro, and possibly other dialogs.

Steps to Resolve

Disable Hardware Acceleration

1. In Promis.e, type 3DCONFIG at the AutoCAD command line.

2. Click the Manual Tune button

3. Disable the "Enable hardware acceleration" option.
