Problem Description

The "Folders" directory tree area of the Project Manager is blank, showing no drives, folders, or projects.

Steps to Resolve

1. Close the software.

2. Delete or rename the user application data folder:

   Application Data (per-user configuration) - Promis.e

   Application Data (per-user configuration) - Substation
