Error or Warning Message

When using Restore Project to restore a project backup file, the following or similar message is displayed:

Alert
This project was created in database version 8.0.72.
Upgrade database format to version 8.1.10?

Explanation

This message is informational only and does not indicate a problem and does not mean the schema of the SQL project database will be affected if the user elects to proceed.  It indicates the project was backed up with an older version of the software than is currently being used.

How to Resolve

Click the Yes button on the message to restore the project, "upgrading" the project to match the installed version.

Click the No button to cancel restoration.
