When attempting to create a new project database with the Project Database Utility, the following error message is displayed:

This is a Microsoft SQL Server issue, not directly caused by Promis.e or Bentley Substation. It may be caused by a Windows Update being applied without subsequently rebooting the system.
This issue was resolved by rebooting the workstation receiving the error.
