    Error or Warning Message

    DB_Restore_ConvertPage

    ProjectDB Error Message: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.Couldn't store

    in date_created Column. Expected type is DateTime.

    Explanation

    Promis.e/Bentley Substation interacts with databases and creates a unique timestamp, So the Server Default Date Format and Default Language needs to match with the system Date format and time zone language.

    This error occurs when the mismatch occurs between the above two settings.

    How to Avoid

    In order for two settings to match, change the Windows date and time settings as shown below and restart Promis.e/Bentley Substation
