Connection points are where wires connect to symbols. They are represented graphically on drawings as a design aid, appearing as a yellow X centered on a circle.
The display of connection points can be toggled on or off to fit the situation.
From the Tasks area or ribbon, select Design > *Display Options > Display Connection Points
From the Tasks area or ribbon, select Pneumatic/Hydraulic > *Display Options > Display Connection Points
Select Options > User Options > View Preferences/Options, set the "Display Connection Points" check box.
From the Tasks area or ribbon, select Schematic Design > *Display Options > Display Connection Points
From the Tasks area or ribbon, select Panel Layout Design > *Display Options > Display Connection Points
From the Tasks area or ribbon, select Pneumatic/Hydraulic Design > *Display Options > Display Connection Points
Select Options > User Options > View Options, set the "Display Connection Points" check box.
* is used to denote a menu selection that is not necessary in some versions or platforms.
