Select
Start > Run
or press
Windows+R
.
Enter
EVENTVWR.MSC
and click
OK
.
Expand
Windows Logs
in the left-hand pane of
Event Viewer
.
Select the
Application
log.
Look for
Error
events that correspond to the time of the crash.
Select the Error event and view the
General
and
Details
tabs.
Search the internet for information about the error codes or key words in the event.
