Alert - UI Fail to delete folder

      Product(s): Promis.e, Bentley Substation
      Version(s): 08.11.13.96
      Environment: N/A
      Area: Installation_Configuration
      Subarea: N/A

    Error or Warning Message

When loading the Project Manager tree, the following alert message displays at subsequent startups.  When the alert message is acknowledged, the project tree is loaded but some projects are missing.

    Explanation

The ProjectOptions.xml file of the project mentioned in the Alert could be corrupt or there could be issues with the mapping of the drive if the projects are on the network.

    How to Avoid

    1. Replace the ProjectOptions.xml specified in the alert message with a good one.

    2. If the projects are on a network location remapping the drive once again with the same name resolved the issue
