    Access Service Request Manager

Service Requests can be created and managed by users through the Bentley Service Request Manager. This article discusses how to access the Service Request Manager.

    1. Go to https://connect.bentley.com/

    2. Note: You can also access this site via a right-click on the CONNECTION CLIENT icon in the Windows System Tray and choosing the ‘CONNECT Center’ option from the menu.

    3. A new webpage will be opened. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to Sign In using your Bentley login credentials. Enter your email address and password and click the ‘Sign In’ button.

Note: if you have recently logged in on this machine, you may also select your email address from a list that is provided.

    4. After you login, you will be on the CONNECT CENTER page.

    5. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section titled ‘My Services’ and select the ‘My Service Requests’ Tile.

    6. The Service Request Manager page opens, and you will see a list of Open Service Requests assigned to you. You may need to change the date range so that your Service Requests are visible.
