Bentley has an online site where users can access the Product Documentation for all Bentley products. The steps below will walk you through how to navigate to this site and find the Help and ReadMe Files for the OpenUtilities products . These steps assume that the user is a Bentley SELECT Subscriber.

1. Go to the Bentley homepage https://connect.bentley.com/

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the ‘My Services’ section and click the ‘Product Documentation’ icon.

         

 

3. You will be redirected to the Bentley Product Documentation site. Here you can scroll through the different products and find both the Help and ReadMe files for all products that are listed.

         

4. On this page, scroll until you find the ‘Energy’ section. Under this header, you will find a list of all Bentley’s Energy products. The Help and ReadMe for each product is listed separately and a hyperlink is provided to access the document.

        

5. Click on the ‘CONNECT Edition Update 3 (English)’ option listed under Bentely OpenUtilities Designer Help.

         

6. This will open the Bentley OpenUtilities Designer Help document. This is a live document, and you can browse through the available sections or search for specific information.
