    Parts Database Manager

    Background

    The Parts Database Manager displays the data fields for each part in the database. The user can search for and display parts records, edit or delete existing records, and create new records.

    To open the Parts Database Manager

    * is used to denote a menu selection that is not necessary in some versions or platforms.

    For Bentley Substation CONNECT Edition

    • With the Electrical Workflow active, select Manage ribbon tab > Catalog group > Parts Database Manager.
    • Function key shortcut: F2 > M > CQ
      • If the Manage ribbon tab is already the active tab: F3 > CQ

    • From the Tasks or ribbon area, select Manage > *Component Management > Parts Database Manager
    • Key-in: ECAD EXEC EDITPARTNO
    • Key-in for promis.e for AutoCAD: ECAD_EXEC_EDITPARTNO

    • From the Tasks or ribbon area, select Manage > *Admin Management > Parts Database Manager
    • Key-in: ECAD EXEC EDITPARTNO
