Component Type
The name of the component type this rule applies to.
Left Attribute
The name of the attribute on this feature to be compared.
Operator
The operator that will be used by the comparison. The valid values are:

Less Than
Less Than or Equal To
Greater Than
Greater Than or Equal To
Contains
Contained In
Strictly Contains
Strictly Contained In
The valid operators in the database are:
“=”, “==”
“<>”, “!=”

“)=”
Contains and Contained In means that each character in value 1 must be present in value 2. Strictly Contains and Strictly Contained In means that value 1 must be present as a substring of value 2.
Right Attribute
The name of the attribute on the feature being connected to that the rule will compare against.
Violation String
The message displayed by the User Interface if this rule fails.
Ruleset
A numeric value grouping together all of the rules within a ruleset. At present all rules in a rule set must appear consecutively in the spreadsheet.
Is Propagation
If yes, the value of the right attribute will be used to populate the left attribute on the feature being placed
Dataset
The dataset this feature belongs to. Used for disambiguation
