    ID

    The ID of this action. A number of actions are fixed by the core product (e.g., Associate and Disassociate), generally those with IDs less than 30.

     

    Name

    The name of this action.

    User visible.

    Next State

    The state that this action will cause the Work Request to move to. May be overwritten by StateAvailableActions.

     

    Event

    The event associated with this action. May be overwritten by StateAvailableActions.

     

    Icon File

    Name of image file to be used for this state by the user interface. This file must exist in the folder \[Application Name] CONNECT Edition\[Application Name]\Image\WRActions

     

    Display Order

    The order that the actions are displayed in the user interface.

     

    Is User Visible

    If no, the action will not be displayed on the user interface, and so will only be available from custom code, e.g., a Job Scheduler job
