The user might some times see that when they copy a Page from one Project to another Project some times the Cross Reference Text are not displayed visible in the copied Page in the Target Project.
This issue occurs if while creating the Cross Reference Symbol the symbol text might have been placed using Multi-Line Text in Promis.e V8i. When check in Symbol Creation under the symbol attributes these text will be shown as Attribute Number [0].
1. To Modify the symbol go to Manage >> Create Symbol >> Modify Existing Symbol and click Next >> Specify the same of the symbol that needs to be corrected.-
2. Now delete the existing Symbol Text that are present which are not displayed correctly when the Page is copied. 3. Replace the deleted symbol text with new Symbol text by selecting Drawing Workflow >> Annotate >> Place Text >> Specify the Symbol Text value >> Place it on the symbol drawing. Repeat steps for all the Symbol texts.
4. Save the symbol with the new Attributes and replace the symbol in the copied Page. Below is a wiki link on how to replace a symbol.
