V8i SS4 floating licenses cannot be used anymore after the discontinuation of the SELECTserver and have to be switched to node-lock licenses. Node-lock licenses are tied to a specific machine. It is not possible to change to another machine.
You can switch from the existing number of floating licenses to the same number of node-lock licenses. If you need more node lock licenses because there are more end-users than the number of floating licenses you had so far, then multiple people will need to use the same machine or extra licenses will have to be purchased.
