Many times user while working with OpenUtilities Substation(OUS) with ProjectWise Integration come across issue where some of the features are not working correctly. For example Rename Option while renaming a Project Page in ProjectWise explorer does not bring up the Substation rename dialog, another issue would be the ProjectWise Attributes and the Substation Attributes are not synchronized, Create Page or Project option in ProjectWise Explorer not working. All these issues might be occurring due to Wrong installation sequence of ProjectWise Explorer and OpenUtilities Substation, due to which some of the essential files are missing due to which the above issues arise.
The below installation sequence should be followed on the client machine. 1. Install ProjectWise Explorer. Check the below compatibility chart for the compatible ProjectWise Explorer for the OUS version planned to be install.
2. Install OpenUtilities Substation.
